关于国内航线散客来回程销售的运价通告
一、适用期限
2009年12月1日起，销售的2009年12月1日至2010年12月31日来回程、缺口程机票。
二、适用范围
东航国内始发10人以下的来回程，缺口程经济舱散客旅行（代码共享航班及Q、K、X特殊舱位除外）。
三、票价内容
在来回程及缺口程外放舱位订妥的条件下，来回程或缺口程价格均可比所订的经济舱舱位对应价格优惠21个百分点（航班日期2009年12月1日-2010年1月31日）或10个百份点（航班日期2010年2月1日-2010年12月31日）。具体优惠以第一航段航班始发日期为准。
四、使用条件：
以上运价仅在始发实际订座舱位高于W舱（含）以上时适用。任何航程出现公务及头等舱，全航程不享受此优惠运价。
五、出票规定：
1、运价组合：如来回或缺口程各段开放的舱位不一致，允许各段按该航班开放的舱位订座，由去程的经济舱舱位与回程的经济舱舱位运价均优惠21或10个百分点以后的价格组合来回或缺口运价。
2、客票填开：来回或缺口程须订在同一PNR，使用同一本客票或连续客票填开。
3、票价级别：（FARE BASIS）：使用PAT：A指令后系统自动显示。
4、票面价格：使用PAT：A指令后系统自动显示。

5、在EI栏中系统自动显示“RT/OJ DISCT”。

6、本优惠运价必须使用PAT：A指令进行销售。进行手工录入或修改的任何涉及本运价的机票，按Y舱补齐票价。
六、航班签转、变更及退票的有关规定
1、在票面订座舱位开放的情况下，允许变更一次。如需升舱变更，按照新的订座舱位与原客票实收经济舱子舱位价格的差价补收票款。
2、享受来回程、缺口程优惠的机票，不得签转。
3、自愿退票规定：客票未使用，旅客要求要求退票，必须按全程客票退票处理，不得对其中任意航段提出退票，并按东航自愿退票规定办理；客票部分使用，扣除已使用航段经济舱子舱位公布价格后，按50%收取自愿退票费。
4、非自愿退票规定：客票未使用，旅客要求退票的，则票价全退；客票部分使用，扣除已使用航段经济舱子舱位实际价格后，余额全退。   
5、客票使用时，必须按照客票所列明的航程，从始发点开始顺序使用，不允许跳程使用或逆向使用，否则按Y舱的2倍进行处罚。
